Well, I use MobileMe myself, so I was kind of pissed when this message just came up:
And I understand many of you are also experiencing the same issue. 

We at Apple have identified three possible buttons to press which may help with this issue. Show Certificate, Cancel, and Connect are three possible solutions. Our MobileMe engineers are throwing their backs into this one, and are high up into the upper echelons of the Cloud right now trying to get their heads around what's going on.

Steve wants me to let you all know that he thinks I'm a total loser. We appreciate your continued understanding of our failures.

We want to learn more about the ways we are failing you. So please, under any post, leave comments about problems you're having with MobileMe and I'll address them as soon as Steve makes me.

Damn it. Just ran into Steve in the hall, and he wasn't thrilled with the last post. 

Steve wants me to let you know that if you need to contact support, we've failed you again.

As you may know, you can only contact us through chat. And the chat is almost never available, and when it is, it takes hours to get through, and when you get through, we probably can't help you.

Again, we've failed you. And we want to stop failing really badly. So we'll let you know when we've come up with something. I'm gonna try to get out of the office now.

Steve had the smell of demons on his breath today, and he told me he was in no mood. "I'm in no mood," he said. 

He told me I had better have a post up today to talk about what I've done to improve MobileMe.

As you know, MobileMe is a way for you to pay Apple $99/year. If you're reading this you may have signed up for the service and be paying us money, and we appreciate that.

Not only that, but we want to stop failing you. And I want you to know that we want to stop failing you as soon as possible.

I'll update this thing as soon as Steve gets on my ass again.
